Answer:

Many kinds of life are more than capable of communicating, yet humans have a distinct mode of communication. We are the only creatures capable of communicating through language. Consider how difficult it would have been for the earliest people to communicate without the use of language .All of the words that have been invented to allow humans to communicate, from never having a single word to hundreds of thousands in current times, are a part of a complicated system. Because we've been using language for most of our lives and all of these words have been in place for thousands of years, it's a difficult concept to grasp.. Language is continually changing; it may not change on a daily basis, but it does evolve through time. Language is mostly passed down over generations so that parents and children can converse with one another.. Language has evolved via different degrees of English, such as ancient English, middle English, and modern English, across centuries in a relatively short amount of time.

Old English, on the other hand, was not the first version of English to be produced, but it is the foundation of our modern English. It has descended from a variety of languages, but its roots can be traced back to the West-Germanic language. From the fifth century to the mid-twelfth century, the old English language underwent considerable changes.

All of Europe's land wars and power struggles contributed to this. For the most part, the language spoken was a function of whoever had authority. Since these older civilizations believed in the king's divine right, a community would often speak the king's language. The language and writings of this period would be incomprehensible to most individuals in modern-day America. As a matter of fact, several of the letters would be unfamiliar to TAs. Beowulf was a novel composed in the old English language in the year 1066, and it is just one example of ancient English's complicated forms. There were many centuries before and after Beowulf when the old English language was still evolving; it was written near the end of old English and the beginning of middle English. It was, however, the first work in history to use the ancient English language. Many of the characters and spellings are very different from what we see now. It's a lot easier to understand.

As a result, the late modern English era was born. The period of late modern English began in the nineteenth century and continues to the present day. The most recent wave of linguistic reform has occurred recently. The main reason for this is new technological advancements. Technological breakthroughs have skyrocketed in the previous several years. In today's world, sending a short text message is one of the most convenient ways to interact with others. To make things quick and simple, people will change the spelling of words, eliminate vowels or a repeated letter, replace words with numbers, and even employ made-up acronyms while texting. The youth develop undesirable habits as a result of their poor use of language, spelling, and punctuation.

Language is continuously evolving, and examples of old English, middle English, and modern English show that the English language has gone through the most rapid phase of change. As spoken and written communication systems vary with cultures and communities, these changes might be subtle or profound.Language reform has been going on for centuries, and it will continue to adapt to fit the needs of communication as society and cultures grow.

There are many species of life that are more than able to communicate, but humans have a unique form of communication. We are the only species capable of using language as a form of communication. Think about the first people and how difficult it would have been for them to communicate without language. From never having a single word to over hundreds of thousands of words in modern times, all the words that were created in order for people to communicate are a part of a complex system. It is a difficult concept to understand because we’ve been using language for most of our lives and all of these words have been in place for thousands of years. Language is something that is constantly changing, it’s not an every day change, but it is gradually evolving. For the most part, language is passed down through generations so parents and children are able to communicate with one another. Changes in language have occurred throughout centuries over a short period of time and have evolved through different degrees of English such as old English, middle English, and modern English.

However, old English wasn’t the first form of English created, but it’s the foundation of our modern day English. It has come down from many variations of other languages but it’s roots came from the West-Germanic language. The old English language had many variations occur from the fifth century to the mid twelfth century. This was due to all the wars in Europe over land and the struggle for power. The language spoken was, for the most part, a result of whoever had power. Generally, a society would speak the language of the king since these earlier eras believed in the divine right of the king. Most people in modern day America would not be able to understand the language and writings of this time. As a matter a fact they, wouldn’t be able to recognize some of the letters. Beowulf was one novel written in the old English language during the year 1066 and is just one example of the complex forms of old English. Written towards the end of old English and the start of middle English, there were many centuries before and after Beowulf where the old English language was still evolving; however, it was the first writing recorded in history that used the old English language. Many of the characters and spelling are far from similar to modern day. It is much easier to comprehend.

Consequently, the late modern English era was created. Late modern English started in the nineteenth century and goes all the way up to present day. The biggest boom in language reform has occurred just recently. The main factor behind this is the new improvements in technology. Within the last few years technological advancements have exploded. One of the easiest ways to communicate with people in modern times is to send a quick text. Generally speaking, a person will change the spelling of words, drop vowels or a repeated letter, replace words with numbers, and even use made up acronyms while texting to make things quick and simple. This poor use of grammar, spelling, and punctuation creates bad habits for the youth.

Language is always evolving and the English language might have gone through the quickest phase of evolution which can be seen through examples of old English, middle English, and modern English. These changes may be subtle or drastic as verbal and written methods of communication change with cultures and societies. Language reform has occurred for centuries now and as long as societies and cultures evolve, language will continue to change to meet the needs of communication.

8. What is Hamlet's attitude towards women? *
Sphinxa [80]

Answer:

A He doesn't trust them

Explanation:

Hamlet has a distrust towards women, as well as certain prejudices. He states “Frailty, thy name is women!” which is connected to low morals and weakness.

His distrust quite likely comes from the fact that he learns he can’t trust his mother, the woman who is closest to him in his life. This comes from the fact she has played a role in his father’s murder. He starts feeling dislike towards her, but also towards all the women.

We can see that in his treatment of Ophelia – while he claims his love to her, he also says very harsh words to her later on. He says she presents herself as two-faced, doesn't believe she really is pure, and dismisses her.

Hamlet also states he “will have no more marriages”, underlying he is done with his connection to all women, which also reflects his lack of faith and wariness in females.
