The comment above me is lying 100%, and I will tell you why. I want you to think of something for me, what do cows and chickens eat? You would say grains right maybe grass. What if I told you that all of that magic protein that you think is in the Cowells that you eat in your burger or in your chicken actually comes from the plants that were eaten by that cow or chicken. That is a true fact and I want you to watch the documentary on Netflix called Game changers that talks about how plant protein is the true source of protein for muscle building strength training and overall health and fitness.
