Without options to choose from I would say you could use this for answering questions about how many kids aged 12 to 15 meet recommended exercise requirements.  You can also see it included the Let's Move Anti-obesity campaign, so if you were writing the research paper on that, it could be used to answer that.  We really need to see the choices.
