Well, I'm not sure about how many cells we have, but the average human body makes about 259 billion red blood cells per day. (That's why I don't know). Also, there are about 200 different types of cells with about 20 different types of organelles.

AS for the implants Negative side effects usually go away after a few months, once your body gets used to your implant. THe most common side effect is irregular bleeding (aka spotting), especially in the first 6-12 months. Sometimes the implant causes long-term spotting, or periods get longer or heavier. </span><span>
