Mathematics

4 0

Answer:

It depends on how much percent the test is worth and everything you might be missing but more than likely no you'd have to do really well on the test and a few assignments . There's a way you can calculate your grade with whatever you might be missing and the grade you're trying to get in the class.

you'd have to divide your grade in each category by 100 then multiple it by the percentage and add everything together for example:

Homework is 20% of a grade . I have a 90 in the homework category . 90/100 times 20 which will give me 18 then put the 18 over 20. 18/20

Projects are 30% of a grade. You have a 50 out of 80 do 50/80x30. which is 18.75 out of 30.

Final is 50% lets say you get a perfect score on the final meaning you get 50 points.

add 18+18.75+50= 86.75

add 20+30+50=100

you'd make a 86.75 in the class so a B. hopefully this helps . So if you need 14 points you should go to your assignments/tests and it should say how much there worth.

Answer:

2 minutes

Step-by-step explanation:

You can make an equation to model the question.

y=60 initial starting value,

y=(750-720)x, plug in 60 for y,

60=30x, x = 2 minutes

Suppose you have to use right-triangle trigonometry to find the apothem of a regular polygon. Which is greater, the apothem or t
asambeis [7]
The apothem represents one side of the right triangle to be solved. Specifically, it represents the height of the triangle.
The radius of the polygon represents the hypotenuse of the right triangle that is going to be solved.
Therefore, we can infer that the radius of the polygon is greater than the apothem because the hypotenuse is greater than all sides of a triangle.
Answer:
the radius of the polygon is greater

Find the value of x in the figure.

X= _
natulia [17]

Answer:

x=35

Step-by-step explanation:

For a polygon with n sides, the sum of its interior angles is equal to

(n-2) * 180

Here, there are 6 sides, so the sum of this polygon's interior angles is equal to (6-2)* 180 = 720

Therefore, the sum of the interior angles is 720. We can add them up to get

(4x-5) + 117 + (3x-3) + (3x+6) + 118 + 4x-3

= 14x +230 = 720

subtract 230 from both sides to isolate the x and its coefficint

14x = 490

divide both sides by 14 to get x

x=35
