Just saying, it is not A, as Tenochtitlan was an Aztec empire.

It is not C, as Pizarro was unrelated. It was Hernan Cortez who captured the Aztec empire by sieging Tenochtitlan. Pizarro was a complete other Spanish conquistador.

It is either B, or C, but I believe it would be B, as Tenochtitlan was in the middle or so in Mexico near the center of things, so it could not have been a port.
