Speed=\dfrac{Distance}{Time}

Using this formula, we get

Speed=\dfrac{20}{85}           ...(i)

Speed=\dfrac{52}{x}             ...(ii)

Equating (i) and (ii), we get

\dfrac{20}{85}=\dfrac{52}{x}

20\times x=52\times 85

20x=4420

Divide both sides by 20.

x=\dfrac{4420}{20}

x=221

Therefore, it will take 221 minutes to run 52 km.
