Scientific inquiry refers to the stages and processes used to explain and investigate a question or problem of a scientific nature. The nine activities that scientists engage in as a part of scientific inquiry are; observation, defining the problem, forming a study question, researching the problem, stating the hypothesis, experimenting and gathering data, analyzing the results, reviewing the findings and communicating using different format.
Directional selection, as one phenotype is greatly favored over another
One- so witnesses don’t communicate during investigation, or when they are having to make a story up the story won’t match with eachother
two- so the witness won’t have any distractions, talking one on one can help the witness focus and maybe re remember some things during the incident
If gametes were produced instead by mitosis each gamete would be diploid not haploid. During fertilization of diploid gametes, the zygote would become 4n=92. With each new generation the number of chromosomes would double.
