the longest river is Yangtze river

Why the two rivers were important was because the Yellow River to the north and the Yangtze River to the south. These major rivers were a great source of freshwater, food, fertile soil, and transportation.

And I'm pretty sure what they meant by what the names were for the scientists is Archaeologist
