The food web in an ecosystem helps us understand how the animals eat one another. Top predators are referred to as the animals have no natural enemies and they eat other animals. For example, in the grassland, lion is considered to be a top predator.
Other examples of top predators are killer whales. The only enemies that such animals have is humans.
