I’m not positive, but I think the answer is C because when you look at the big triangle, it looks like you divide each coordinate by 3 (or multiply it by 1/3) to get the small triangle.

e.g. 6 * 1/3 = 2, 3 * 1/3 = 1

Calculate the lengths of the 2 unlabeled sides...
elixir [45]
Since it’s a square we know that GJ has to be the same as GH. To find a diagonal you would do a^2 + b^2 = c^2. Which gives us about 9.19. So GJ=6.5 and JH=9.2

Salsk061 [2.6K]

Answer:

\sf \dfrac{203}{4108}

As a decimal = 0.05 (nearest hundredth)

Step-by-step explanation:

\sf Probability \ of \ an \ event \ occurring = \dfrac{Number \ of \ ways \ it \ can \ occur}{Total \ number \ of \ possible \ outcomes}

First pick:

\sf \implies P(pink)=\dfrac{30}{80}

As the case is NOT replaced, second pick:

\sf \implies P(pink)=\dfrac{30-1}{80-1}=\dfrac{29}{79}

As the case is NOT replaced, third pick:

\sf \implies P(pink)=\dfrac{29-1}{79-1}=\dfrac{28}{78}

Therefore,

\sf \implies P(pink \ and \ pink \ and \ pink)=\dfrac{30}{80} \times \dfrac{29}{79} \times \dfrac{28}{78}=\dfrac{203}{4108}

Answer as a decimal = 0.05 (nearest hundredth)

A coin has heads on one side and tails on the other. The coin is tossed 12 times and lands
Fynjy0 [20]

Answer:

D, the observed frequency of landing heads up gets closer to the expected frequency based on the probability of the coin landing heads up.

Step-by-step explanation:

As of now, the observed frequency states that the coin will land on heads 4/12 times. The expected frequency states that the coin will land on heads 50% of the time, or 6/12 times. As the number of trials increases, the observed frequency will get closer to the expected frequency.
