Glass ceiling is the correct answer.

The term was used a lot during the 80s. The glass ceiling effect is an unfortunate and invisible barrier created that prevents minorities (and women) from becoming part of an elite manager network in major corporations. In fact, studies have shown that 97% of the top executives are white and only 7-9% are women.

What type of warning systems do places have to tell people there are going to be tsunamis?
jeyben [28]
There must be an earthquake detector in place to detect any earthquakes off the shores in the oceans. This system can be a regional or local system, and although the system is fallible the margin of error is very small.

Sometimes though the earth quake/movement is too close to shore to detect it in time, and people get caught in it as a result.

There also needs to be a universal warning signal that actually tells people that the tsunami is coming.

I hope this helped.

_____________ is the mental structure that aids in the processing and interpretation of information.
Yuki888 [10]

Schema is the mental structure that aids in the processing and interpretation of information.

Schema is a cognitive tool. It is the mental structure that individuals use for processing and interpretation of information. This guides cognitive processes and accompanying actions.

Through the schemata, people categorize things and situations around them based on some common features and elements, using these classifications then to understand and predict their world.

Sensory and conceptual information is processed, classed, and stored within these mental structures. This cognitive faculty helps one to function in the world by helping us understand things and events, and make conclusions and predictions about different circumstances.

Schemata includes the worldview, stereotypes, and rubrics one has.
