After the fall of the Roman Empire in 476, the church officials are better at running and administering things than the Roman Politicians because the roman politician has no ability of administrating the country while on the other hand, church officials were able in administrating the government. The people also faithful and obey the sayings of the church officials because the church officials were the leaders of their religion.
