Your sister is getting married this summer and she asked you to help her select a D.J. for the big event. You called around and

found that Dave the D.J. charges a $150.00 set-up fee, plus $10.50 per hour. You discover Marvin’s Mobile Music Machine has a $135.00 set-up fee, plus $15.00 per hour.
Which D.J. will you recommend to your sister? Be sure to clearly support your recommendation mathematically.

It depends on how long the wedding is. Marvin has a $15 lower flat fee but a $4.50 more expensive hourly fee. Therefore, if the wedding is longer than 15/4.50=3.33 hours, it would make more sense to go with Dave. If the wedding is shorter than 3.33 hours, it makes more sense to go with Marvin.

Please solve asap pls x
mr Goodwill [35]

Answer:

x=\frac{26}{5}

Step-by-step explanation:

\frac{10x+4}{7}=8

<u>Multiply both sides by 7:</u>

\longmapsto \frac{7\left(10x+4\right)}{7}=8\times \:7

\longmapsto 10x+4=56

<u>Subtract 4 from both sides:</u>

\longmapsto 10x+4-4=56-4

\longmapsto 10x=52

<u>Divide both sides by 10:</u>

\longmapsto \frac{10x}{10}=\frac{52}{10}

\longmapsto x=\frac{26}{5}

Answer:

1: because the lowest extreme and the numbers stayed the same, and if it doesn't go all the way down to the box q1, median, and q2 stay the same.

2: The median is 115, and the mean is 110.38 (etc) and that rounds down to 110, so yes

3: about 30% (I may be wrong)

4 Its less than the median. Median=9.5, mean=9.0 (Big difference)

You are correct (Below it)

5: no, because the highest extreme moved/shrinked, so if the Highest extreme moves down the mean moves down with it.

kiruha [24]

Answer:

The answer for this is 5!

Step-by-step explanation:

<em>First, the two bottom angles are similar so add 52 and 52. After that subtract what you found from 180. A triangle has a total of 180 degrees in all three of their angles. </em>

<em>You will get 76. Then subtract 6 from that and divide by 14. There is your answer :)</em>
