1.Why would the railroad be called a weapon of war?

1. The North have thousands of railroad tracks and could get supplies to and from needed camps while the South only had a select few because they only used the tracks for slaves

2. The cilvil war had this new bullet, which was made from lead and the bullet would go through skin, muscle and bone killing the soldier on sight

3. The telegraph was used in Morse code. The person who's job to receive the code has to report to his/ her commanding officer about the code. Then send a code back. This is how the North had a HUGE advantage in the war.
