I believe that all screen time for adolescents is not harmful to their development. However, excessive screen time, especially before its time to sleep, can be harmful to the sleep cycles of adolescents. Therefore, it is clear that not all screen time is bad, but adolescents should know how to operate devices safely and in ways that help their mind and body.
