If you mean “is the statement correct?” kinda thing, then i believe you can’t speak french. you may be able to speak a little bit of french, but i don’t think you’ll be able to speak french fluently.

In the poem written by Wallace Stevens's "The Anecdote of the Jar". The poet describes the whole scene of him placing the round jar on a certain point on a hill in the state of Tennessee,United States. As he describes it in a very unique way that the jar was surrounded by the wilderness of the environment.

As, there was something special about placing the material or object in the a place surrounded by the factors of nature. While, it is very obvious for any author, philosopher or any person related to arts to think in a more creative way.
