Answer:

1. Katherine’s parents make sure that all of their children receive the best possible education.

2. “Institute had a high school for African Americans, and Katherine’s mother and father made sure all of their children graduated from it.”

Explanation:

Katherine Johnson was an invaluable part of humanity's ascent into space and from chapter one of the book referenced, we learn that one reason for this was the fact that her parents made sure that their children received the best possible education that they could.

This included moving the family to Institute, West Virginia during the school year as it had a high school for African Americans in a time when the US was going through the dark age of racial segregation.

Identify and explain the ways in which the poem explores how relationships impact our lives. "Teenagers" by Pat Mora
SIZIF [17.4K]

Answer:

I think that her poems help us to understand that based on a certain relationship we can all change in the matter of days, years, months, and so on. But it shows us that people do not stay the same and that is because of the relationships that we have . So she is saying that the little kids that she once held have changed because they catch on to different things that people do outside of their house.

Explanation:

I hope that helps you !!!
