<span>Leroi and sylvia both put 100 in a savings account.
=> Leroi decides he will put in additional 10$ each week.
=> Sylvia decides to put in additional 10% of the amount in the account each week.
Now, who has more money after the first additional deposit?
And who has more money after the second additional deposit?
Answer = the answer is the Sylvia
Because at the beginning they both have 100 dollars in their account
Then Leroi deposited 10$ per week  which will become 20$ for 2 weeks and have a total of 120 dollars.
Sylvia also deposited 10% of her money which is also 10$ and on the second week will be 100 + 10% = 121, she’ll also got a total of 121$.</span>

Ksju [112]

Answer:

\triangle{XAZ} \cong \triangle{XBY} by the SAS postulate (side-angle-side)

Step-by-step explanation:

This is an overlapping triangles problem.  Try drawing them separately, essentially pulling them apart.  Mark side XY and XZ as congruent (given).

Angle X is shared by the two triangles, so angle X in triangle XAZ is congruent to angle A in triangle XBY.

Joe is running a 6-mile race on an indoor track. if the track os 1/4 of a mile long, how many laps will he have to run to comple
Gala2k [10]

Given:

Total distance of race = 6 miles

Track length = \dfrac{1}{4} miles

To find:

The number of laps to complete the race.

Solution:

We know that,

Number of laps = \dfrac{\text{Total Distance}}{\text{Length of one lap}}

Number of laps = \dfrac{6}{\dfrac{1}{4}}

Number of laps =6\times \dfrac{4}{1}

Number of laps =24

Therefore, the required number of laps is 24.
