The smell arouses my nose and lules me in. Spices and herbs surround me, mixing together with the chicken. Skillet doing its job now frying it, till golden brown outside. Yellow rice decorates my plate, including vegetables. Oil bounces on my skin burning it a little, turning around the chicken now halfway cooked. Beans coat the rice with a new flavor. A new smell now presents itself and I know the chicken is ready. Crunchy outside, juicy inside. Flavors explode in my mouth, mixing with the tangy taste of the rice.
