2. What foreign policy issues arose in the nation's<br> early years?
omeli [17]

Answer:

Piracy and its answer a standing Navy was an issue as was the forced impressment of merchant seamen by the British. The cost was a huge issue due to the lack of taxing authority of the early congress. Also the ownership of the lands making up the Louisiana purchase first by Spain and later France made the Mississippi unusable to early settlers for transport thus making the Hudson a vital artery. Relations between the US, Spain, Britain & France were very tenuous especially with the rise of Napoleon. The European wars however provided opportunity and led to our ability to seek what was phrased as our " manifest destiny" to expand sea to sea. At the expense of course of the peoples who lived there.

Andreas93 [3]
The correct answer is the fourth amendment

The exclusionary rule is the idea that people cannot be illegally searched or have their property seized by the police and if that happens then it's illegal and those seized items will not be usable in the court of law when defending the accused person. It is based in the fourth amendment but it has many connections to others like the fifth and the sixth.

3. How were war criminals tracked and captured? 4. Define the four different charges against individual Nazis and Nazi organizat
alexdok [17]
Nazi Criminals were tracked through the effort of various organizations and secret services who worked worldwide on finding information on rogue Nazis. Many Nazis changed their names and countries and lived in hiding but they used their resources to track them down by getting information from various sources such as Governments or other people or other spies.

The charges were crimes against humanity, crimes against peace, war crimes, and conspiracy to commit any of the other crimes. These four charges however do have a detailed description as to what they entail and what each charge constitutes and according to these four charges the caught Nazis were put on trial.

The trials were organized in waves according to the degree of participation in the war crimes. The first trial was the most famous one since it put on trial famous high ranked Nazis who organized everything. Later trials included trials against doctors, or against the railway, or against other organizations that participated indirectly and directly
