So the first thing you want to do is graph the y-intercept which would be on the y-axis. So the y-intercept is -5 i believe and after you graph that look at your slope which is 3/2 this is a positive slope so the line will be moving upwards left to right. So slope is rise/run so rise is 3 and run is 2. So we go from our y-intercept (-5) and move up three points and right two. That is where we will place the next point.
