How do you spell boohs, this has been bugging me for weeks now, "boohs" as in alcohol.

Do you mean it sounds like "Boohs", if that's the case then it is "Booze"

Lack of water affects teaching and learning is because for example in school, if they were not able to provide clean water, the environment in which students goes to in order to learn will not be kept as clean and it will only affect the student's views and their motivation of having to study by which they may have no will of having to study in a poor environment.
