Answer: False

Your learning style is the way you like to study. This reflects the way in which you are more likely to retain information. Contrary to popular belief, not every person learns in the same way. For example, some people are particularly good at remembering things when they read them of write them. On the other hand, other people need hands-on experience, action and experimentation in order to better comprehend and retain information (this method is called kinesthetic). Other common learning styles are visual and auditory.

Using the concepts within ICT focused on the team level, reflect on why the Olympic US Women’s Soccer team won so often and the
Dennis_Churaev [7]

Answer and Explanation:

First the ICT(intentional change theory) as developed by Richard Boyatzis is a five-stage model theory that provides for the processes required for desired change and sustenance of this change in individuals, teams and organizations.

the stages include :

Discovering your ideal self.

Discovering your real self.

Creating your learning agenda.

Experimentation and practice of  new habits.

Developing supportive and trusting relationships

In the case of the Olympic US women's soccer team(ICT at a group level), the five stages were all present, the ideal self here could be seen as the collective ideal of the team derived from shared goals and vision. There was a clear vision and goal shared by all team members and they were all aligned mentally in this way. This is unlike the men 's basketball team, albeit filled with talented players, did not share or have a common emotional goal and so could not play as team and be successful.
