Hey can you help me answer this question by giving me the answer?
Leto [7]

The value of f(a)=4-2a+6a^{2}, f(a+h) is 6a^{2} +6h^{2} -2a-2h+12ah , [f(a+h)-f(a)]/h is 6h+12a-2 in the function f(x)=4-2x+6x^{2}.

Given a function f(x)=4-2x+6x^{2}.

We are told to find out the value of f(a), f(a+h) and [f(a+h)-f(a)]/hwhere h≠0.

Function is like a relationship between two or more variables expressed in equal to form.The value which we entered in the function is known as domain and the value which we get after entering the values is known as codomain or range.

f(a)=4-2a+6a^{2} (By just putting x=a).

f(a+h)==4-2(a+h)+6(a+h)^{2}

=4-2a-2h+6(a^{2} +h^{2} +2ah)

=4-2a-2h+6a^{2} +6h^{2} +12ah

=6a^{2} +6h^{2}-2a-2h+12ah

[f(a+h)-f(a)]/h=[6a^{2} +6h^{2}-2a-2h+12ah-(4-2a+6a^{2} )]/h

=(6a^{2} +6h^{2} -2a-2h+12ah)/h

=(6h^{2} -2h+12ah)/h

=6h+12a-2.

Hence the value of function f(a)=4-2a+6a^{2}, f(a+h) is 6a^{2} +6h^{2} -2a-2h+12ah , [f(a+h)-f(a)]/h is 6h+12a-2 in the function f(x)=4-2x+6x^{2}.

The table of values represents a linear function g(x), where x is the number of days that have passed and g(x) is the balance in
Ludmilka [50]

Answer:

A. 4

B. Point-slope: y - 5600 = 40(x-0)

Slope-intercept: y = 40x +5600

Standard: y - 40x = 5600

C. g(x) = 40x + 5600

D. 5880

Step-by-step explanation:

Part A

m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m = (5720-5600)/(3-0)

m = (120)/(3)

m = 40

Part B

Point-slope: y - 5600 = 40(x-0)

Slope-intercept: y = 40x +5600

Standard: y - 40x = 5600

Part C

g(x) = 40x + 5600

Part D

g(x) = 40(7) + 5600

g(x) = 280 + 5600 = 5880

Naddik [55]

Answer:  Estimate: 36  ? units ? miles per hour ? feet per second?

Exact: 35.32142857  but if you are supposed to use significant digits, 35.32 is probably good.

Step-by-step explanation: For the estimate, round off the fractions to whole numbers, so multiply 6 x 6 to get 36

For exact I converted the mixed numbers to improper fractions, 5 3/4 = 23/4  and 6 1/7 = 43/7. Then multiplied the numerators 23 x 43= 989.  And denominators, 4x7=28.

Divide numerator by denominator  989/28= 35.321428571
