I am in high-school and I am studying to become a physician. Health care workers like physicians, nurses, therapist, etc. work to help peoples health and recovery. Social workers such as police, firefighters, etc. help people in a crisis or even better understand how to keep their wellbeing. I hope this helps.
I think the healthcare professionals and practitioners or in other words the doctor will help the patient and give the most beneficial care however a social care professional I may deal with the after care of the patient and his daily activities or situation at home
