Jordan found a new truck in the forest, after he touched the wheel his fingers puffed. His fingers looked like drum sticks, then stuff started to ooze out of his skin it looked like duck feathers in liquid form. The color resembled a plum. I could not believe Jordan's luck this happened to him three times before. One time he got an allergic reaction from his cotton shirt. I live to hear his stories they are incredible.

Speech is not innocent and words are sometimes, consciously or unconsciously, charged with an interpretation different from what is said. In this miserable case it could be taken in a derogatory way or simply as a person who is having a bad time and being very sad feels miserable. Although surely, there could have some other interpretation of the word.
