You have just assembled your first PC. You hit the power button and the computer turns on. As the computer runs through POST, it

starts beeping multiple times and you don't see anything displayed on the LCD. You notice there are no activity lights flashing for the HDD. However, when you check the inside of the computer, you can hear the drive spinning up. What is the NEXT thing you are going to check in order to get the PC functioning
