Participating in energetic, fast-paced, strategic movements set to the rhythm of upbeat instrumentals is one activity that many young people enjoy doing to stay fit. Another exercise activity that people enjoy is cycling. Cycling can be done indoors on a stationary bike or outside on a regular bicycle. Playing sports is another great way to tie exercise into a healthier lifestyle. Young people all over the world find that active sports such as soccer, basketball, and track are great ways to include exercise in their lives.
