Experts agree that by doing at least 20 to 30 minutes of whole-body exercise, one can also improve his or her body mass index (B

MI). BMI is a formula that assesses one's health by using a person's weight and height to figure out a suitable body mass for each gender within an age range. Daily exercise routines can be achieved in many fun and exciting ways. Take for example, the practice of dance as exercise. Participating in energetic, fast-paced, strategic movements set to the rhythm of upbeat instrumentals is one activity that many young people enjoy doing to stay fit. Another exercise activity that people enjoy is cycling. Cycling can be done indoors on a stationary bike or outside on a regular bicycle. Playing sports is another great way to tie exercise into a healthier lifestyle. Young people all over the world find that active sports such as soccer, basketball, and track are great ways to include exercise in their lives.
