It a rotation because reflection is across the y-axis or x-axis like in a mirror. This is not that, it is being moved, so rotation. Tanslation would be the object in the exact same position just a different spot across the grid. Now, for rotation it would either go with the clock, to travel right, down, then left, and then back up. but this goes the opposite way, so it would be counter clock wise.
