1. Bob was walking down the street when he heard crying. He looked all over the place couldn't find the source of the sound. While he was searching, he came across a little girl. He found out that she was the one crying because she dropped her ice cream cone. He told her to wait right there while he ran into the little shop across the street. A couple minutes later, he came running back out but with an ice cream cone in his hand. He gave it to the little girl and she said "Thanks, mister... You're real nice." while wiping her eyes and nose. They said goodbye to each other and he went home.
2. Reily was sitting in class when she looked down at her phone to see a notification. She started to text them back and lost track of time. A few minutes later the teacher called on her to answer the question he had just asked. Of course she didn't know what was going on or what the question was either. When he looked at her questioningly, she finally spoke, "Um, can you repeat the question please? I couldn't hear you." When he repeated the question, she was confused as ever. She didn't know what was going on, she wasn't paying attention. When she opened her mouth to answer with anything the bell rang. 'Whew' she thought, 'saved by the bell'.
