The weedicide chemicals only effects the weeds in the field because they are specific to certain plants. 2,4- D, Butachlor, Anilophos, Pretilachlor and Pendimethalin are the examples of weedicides. This method is very effective in controlling weeds which leads to increase in the productivity of crops.
