A(n)=a*r^n-1

n=term umber

A(n)= nth term

a=first term

r=common ratio

example: A(n)=a*r^n-1

r=4 a=2 n=9
A(9)=2*4^9-1
A(9)=2*4^8
A(9)=2*65,536

Using a property of Logarithms Demonstrate that
Jlenok [28]

Answer:

Dividing logarithms is not the same as dividing the arguments of a logarithm.

Step-by-step explanation:

1) If we divide two logarithms then we'll find a value. This is not the same as dividing two arguments of the same base logarithms.

For example:

\\ \frac{ln3}{ln2}=1.58\neq ln \left ( \frac{3}{2} \right )= ln3-ln2=0.405

Then

\\ \frac{lnx}{lny}\neq ln \left ( \frac{x}{y} \right )= lnx-lny

2) Completing the table below to show it clearly:

The surface area of a sphere is 3000 m2. What is the volume of the sphere
riadik2000 [5.3K]

Answer:

The answer is

<h2>15448 cm³</h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of a sphere is

V =  \frac{4}{3} \pi {r}^{3}

where r is the radius

From the question in order to find the volume of the sphere we must first find the radius of the sphere using it's surface area

Surface area of sphere = 4πr²

3000 = 4πr²

Divide both sides by 4π

r² = 750/π

r = 15. 45 cm

Now the volume of the sphere is

V =  \frac{4}{3} \pi( {15 .45})^{3}

<h2>= 15448.06</h2>

<h3>= 15448 cm³ to the nearest whole number</h3>

Hope this helps you
