The First Amendment afforded the right to assembly as being violated by not allowing Blacks to assemble in groups of 3 or more.

Further Explanations:

The First Amendment of the Constitution protects individuals against the law that are prohibiting freedom of speech, press, religion, petition the government and Right to Assemble. The clauses presented within the Constitutional convention of 1787 conveyed the need for a Federal government for the nation. The freshly drafted Constituents gave legitimacy to the new State. It provided a domestic identity to the inhabitants of the new state. The fresh government prearranged on the “Doctrines of Confederation” laid emphasis on regional autonomy.

The Amendment also prevented the administration from implementing any law that regulates any kind of establishment of religion or is prohibiting practicing any kind of religion. It is obvious that the Bills of Rights were proposed just to lessen the Anti- Federalist opposition and as per it, the First Amendment was applied to those laws that were enacted by the Government. Since many of its provisions were misinterpreted but are having a broad view in present days.
