He is a martyr because he died fighting for what he believed in, and a terrorist because he attacked people within his own country to start a revolution.</span>

This led to the formation of the Protestant Movement, which quickly escalated and the Church got divided, with the new Protestant Movement creating its own churches and teachings, while the Catholic Church lot of its followers, territory, and power. Unfortunately this also led to persecutions and lot of violence.
