Choice 1 should have been: Erica likes swimming, baking, and reading.
Choice 2 should have been: Erica likes to play tennis, to hike, and to play the guitar
Choice 4 should have been: Erica likes to sing, to dance, and to play the guitar.
I believe subtext would be the best option, simply becasue the plot is more of the main idea and what is going to happen where the subtext is kind of what the author wants you to get out of it.
