Answer: Unprotected sex

Explanation:

The reason for the rise of HIV and AIDS in most society is due to unprotected sex. Many people having unprotected sex don't see the need to use protection while having sex due to the death ratio is low unlike crucial illness like Lassa fever with high death ratio. This underrating has led to people having unprotected sex. Nepal is one of such countries with high rate of HIV & AIDS, although South Africa ranks highest in the world.
