Answer:

this would mean to bring the people of the country together and fix the broken bonds between the people ig....

Explanation:

it says that you want to unite the country or in other words unify the country and to heal the soul of the nation would be bring it back to its former glory. The "soul" is broken and ununified making it weak and this would also mean that the people are reluctant to work together and be unified as a whole nation. To "heal that soul" would be to finally being everyone together and get people to realize the beauty of the nation being together and respecting it and everyone in it.

In "Sonnet 75,"Spenser allows the speaker's lover to respond
Effectus [21]

Similar responses:

 • In both the poems the beloved is seen responding to her lover and his love.
 • In the first poem, the beloved has no issue with the lover forgetting her and the waves washing her name away. It is the lover who insists on eternalizing their love.
 • The nymph too is not moved by all the material gifts given to her by her lover and speaks the truth when she says that if youth was to stay for long she wouldn’t mind being her beloved. Her approach to love is very straightforward and like the beloved in Spenser’s sonnet she is very candid to her lover baring her mind to him.
