I think the resilient trait I have in abundance would be resilience. I have realized that every thing I do I do for a reason and when I don't have a reason I don't need to do whatever it is. so I have had it many times while working that someone will tell me to do something differently then I already am and I respond with something like here's what I am doing and here's why I do it like this and most other people don't have a reason for me to do it their way and when they do it's whos reason is better.
