Concerns about Constitution
In Observations on the New Constitution, Warren expressed the concern that the Constitution set no limits on the power of the judiciary and contained no rotations of offices or term limits for federal officials.
By not letting her (Rosa Parks a black women) sit where ever she wanted on the bus showed some Whites and most Blacks enough is enough it's time for change and people are willing to do whatever it takes to receive equality! Hope this helps!!

By this I mean technologically superior for the time period. The English possessed the better weapons. For example they had the long bows which were better than the normal bows as well as cannons which is something that turned many of the battles in their favor.
