History

Answer:

Lead to less money and trading opportunities.

Explanation:

Despite the world power engaging a war against each other, the United States had fairly managed to stay out of it. This means that the US remained a neutral nation, supporting neither of the sides in the war.

America was sure that if it remained a neutral nation amidst the ongoing war, it will be able to continue with trade deals with other nations. To them, taking sides will be detrimental to the nation's trade economy. If it has to take a side, then that will probably lead to a loss in their financial profit and reduce any trading opportunity.

But with the attack of an American passenger cruise by German submarines, the United States decided to enter the war against Germany. So, despite the war starting in 1914, the United States only joined the war in 1917, three years after the start of the war one year before it ended.

Thus, the correct answer is the second option.

many Americans perceived "Manifest Destiny" as benevolent, but why was it really an aggressive imperialistic move pursued at the
adell [148]
Manifest destiny was a concept that was devoid of any consideration for the lives, land and property of the people against which it was targeted. With time it came to acquire a most imperialistic bearing by embracing the proud and selfish reasoning that because America had been made great by its Anglo - Saxon heritage, this made America supremely fit and suited to extend its influence beyond its continental boundaries, that now it was the nation's manifest destiny to achieve this. Nowhere are the interests of other people mentioned.

What should happen to countries that are on the losing side of the war?
Allushta [10]

Is this a random question? If so, I think that countries on the losing side of the war have already lost to the opponent for the reason they were fighting for. Is that not punishment enough? On top of that most countries that go to war could be 3rd world countries and probably can't afford to lose anything else or can afford to go to war. Respond to my answer if it were not quite what you were looking for so that I can give feedback on what you were looking for. Because your question didn't provide much to go on. :) im open to suggestions and corrections.
