Leadership means to be a role model for others and set an example for others, a example of leadership might be as simple speaking up for others who need help. Some leadership skills might be volunteering for something, speaking up for others, speaking your mind, active listening,empathy,and creativity.

- Listen to others. Don't make others follow you. Everyone has their own strengths.

- Make yourself heard. This might be the complete opposite to the tip I put before, but it's not. Everyone has their own strengths, including you. If you are smart, try to help your friend with their math homework, or if you are athletic, teach your friend football. Little things that make them feel better.

- Know who is your friend. Peer pressure is something that a lot of leaders struggle with. Don't lead your friends astray and don't get led astray by your friends.

- And lastly, Know your leader. Your leaders, parents, teachers, the principal. Remember to always listen to them, cause they have good advice for you.

Author: John Boyne

According to the novel Bruno (protagonist) brings up the major conflict. The first chapter introduces the first conflict as Bruno is worried about sudden plan of relocation from Berlin as his father has to start a new role in Auschwitz. Bruno is reluctant to leave his home because he likes his house, its spacious and he can explore. He also made friends there and also his grandparents live there.

However in Auschwitz Bruno meets Shmeul whom he sympathizes and brings him food. This is how the conflict changed the character.
