The answer is 4 thank you cards

Because- 2.55x3=7.65 then

$20.00-7.65=12.35 will be the left over change

Now she/he needs to buy more thank you cards as many she can get so
Subtract it (2.99) 4 times then you get your answer Like this (12.35-2.99=9.36) (9.36-2.99=6.37) (6.37-2.99=3.38)
(3.38-2.99=0.39) now after that she can’t buy no more so after that, I subtracted 4 times so basically the answer is 4 thank you cards that she bought

Solve each equation and check your solution <br> -3w-4=w+3
denpristay [2]

Answer:

\boxed  {w =  -  \frac{7}{4} }

Step-by-step explanation:

We want to solve the linear equation -3w-4=w+3

We group like terms to get

- 3w - w = 3 + 4

- 4w = 7

Divide both sides by -4

w =  -  \frac{7}{4}

Now let us check

- 3 \times  -  \frac{7}{4}  - 4 =  -  \frac{7}{4}  + 3

\frac{21}{4}  -  \frac{16}{4}  =  -  \frac{7}{4}  +  \frac{12}{4}

\frac{5}{4}  =  \frac{5}{4}

This is true

T(n) is the total number of lights in a triangular lighting rig of n rows, as shown. Which polynomial function represents T(n +
PilotLPTM [1.2K]
The answer is <span>a. T(n+1)=1/2n^2+3/2n+1
</span>
T(n) = 1/2n² + 1/2n = 1/2(n² + n)
T(n + 1) = 1/2((n+1)² + (n+1))

(a + b)² = a² + 2ab + b²
(n + 1)² = n² + 2n + 1

T(n + 1) = 1/2(n² + 2n + 1 + n + 1) =
            = 1/2(n² + 3n + 2) =
            = 1/2n² + 3/2n + 1
