First, we know that inscribed angle is half of the central angle:( don't know the theorem name)

m<BFD=m<DOB*1/2

So, using substitution:

76=m

Okay, we also know that m<ODC and m<OBC are 90 degrees (Properties of Tangents, and since OD and OB are radii, and the angle formed with the radius and the tangent is 90 degrees).

So we also know that the sum of all angles in a quadrilateral is 360 degrees, thus:

360=180+152+m
