Explanation:

when you are addicted to something you tend to crave for that thing until you get it. But too much addiction is not good.

Example

Addiction affects your body physically with both short and long-term consequences. And Addiction will affect how the way ur brain normally sends, receives, and processes information. and if u start to get addicted to the drug ur using and buying it means you are spending less time on activities you used to enjoy, such as sports and hobbies. Which food provides the body with energy in the form of carbohydrates?
Lana71 [14]
Carbohydrates are one of three macronutrients in your diet -- the others are protein and fat. Carbohydrates are converted to glucose as the primary source of energy for your body. Despite the bad reputation carbs have received, most of them are actually good for you, including fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which provide your body with essential vitamins, minerals and fiber. On the other hand, sweetened beverages, desserts and foods with added sugar contain carbohydrates, but they offer little nutritional benefit and should be consumed sparingly.
So the answer would be Whole Grains
