Please help!! How do your values and those of others affect your own family relationships for better or for worse?

The value of over yourself affects you based on how you see yourself. if you see yourself in a bad way it will affect you in a worse way but if you see yourself in a good way will affect you in a better way. The same goes for when you value someone else
