What are some negative effect and characterisctics of rhetoric?
prohojiy [21]

Rhetoric gained negative effect when used by  politicians, because people began to wonder if they really meant what they said, and whether they would keep up with their words (as in political campaigns, for example).

But in principle, rhetoric could be really positive and it was formed over the centuries, and viewed as the 'art of persuade others'.

The rhetoric was born in the 5th century BC in Sicily, and was introduced to Athens by the sophists, and used in political and judicial circles of ancient Greece.

Nowadays rhetoric is the study of writing, and academic writing divides it into rhetorical modes, considering nine the most common.

Why do the authors include Part 4 in this section? How is Part 4 related to the claim?
astra-53 [7]
It might be stated that part 4 is included in order to provide a data-support information, that is to say, that this is not just an opinion but there have been researches on the matter, such as census and polls which might add validity to the statements. This is a way of showing that there is enough information to support the topic discussed.

The american criminal justice system commonlit
postnew [5]

Answer:

he criminal justice system is made up of various factors that all work together to ensure that all people are treated fairly by the government.

Explanation:

The criminal justice system is the arrangement of organizations and procedures built up by governments to control wrongdoing and force punishments on the individuals who damage laws.

There is no single criminal equity framework in the United States but instead numerous comparable, singular frameworks. How the criminal equity framework functions in every zone relies upon the purview that is in control: city, district, state, administrative or ancestral government or army base. Diverse locales have distinctive laws, offices, and methods for overseeing criminal justice forms.
