Under Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution, Congress has the power "to make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or any Department or Officer thereof".
Stop the riots with all the "black lives matter". End racial discrimanition completely. Trump probably wouldn't helping being president and never sing the song "Song of the south" ever again.
In St. Augustine, the people there are very cultural, and very much in depth with the nature there. The population was very diverse because there is multiple parts of the area that have completely different Jobs/ tasks. <span />
