Explanation: Back in the 1800’s females and African-Americans had NO right to vote, even if they owned property. ANY white make that OWNED property could vote. The wealthy could vote (as long as they where white males) because they had the money and they where very influential in politics.
It is called a Monarchy. This can either being the King, Queen, Prince, or Princess. Most governments who are monarchs have some sort of sitting government, but the royal person holds the most power.
