It means expressing your emotions, and not having to set up a barrier to do so.Pprofessionalism does have some set boundaries, which communication does not. For example, you need to be more formal and straight to the point when trying to be professional. Me and my friend talking is an example of communication. Me and my teacher talking is professionalism. The two are related because they are both ways to express yourself to another being, but with different limits of boundary.
